I am very pleased with my experience of leasing a car at Tyler Honda. Isaac Ketchum is a very knowledgable and helpful sales person. He has a cheerful and pleasant manner which made my first leasing experience easier. He quickly answered and resolved the questions I thought of after I got home. He did a great job.

Bob Clark was great in explaining the different models of Hondas. Once I decided which one I really liked Bob went through all the bells and whistles with me to make sure I understood my new Honda. I would highly recommend Tyler Honda and Bob Clark!

Manager test drove and determined source of noise to be hub bearing & midshaft bearing. Both bearings were replaced. My opinion was that at 61,000 miles was early for this problem. Fix was done on time,with maximum discount plus a new tire was installed at no cost. I am really satisfied with the service and did not expect the tire. Thanks for the extras, it makes me feel as if I’m a valued customer, since I was treated as one. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at your service department. Thanks for a job well done!
