From start to finish, it was a no-pressure environment at Lithia. Cosmin helped walked me through the entire car buying experience and without any of the “pushy” salesperson attitude you might expect in a dealership. He encouraged me every step of the way to do what was right for me and was all about me getting the car I wanted, at the right price for my budget, and on whatever timeline worked for me— be it now or years from now. He was very responsive and even made a late appointment for me so that I could finish signing paper work after a 12 hr shift. All the rest of the staff were very welcoming and everyone takes time to explain things in a way that is understandable. 10/10 recommend this dealership! I love my new car and they have a great extended warranty that is priced so low and with so many benefits/perks that you basically have to get it! It’s a steal.

I had ordered 2 of the same parts online to pick up in store and only received one upon pick up the guys at the desk saw that and said that it was a mistake and they would replace the order with the other part good service and extremely helpful staff. the parts department has these little ducks at the desk and I inquired about where they got them from, upon asking the employee asked if I would like to have one free of charge they are adorable and add to the environment of the store.
