Shane and Joseph at Peppers CDJR made my car purchasing process a lot easier than any other dealers I have ever dealt with. They are both friendly and down to earth. Due to the fact I was purchasing a used vehicle, Shane did what he could by sending me plenty of pictures and videos, including the undercarriage. This reduced my worries and concerns prior to my 3 hour plus trip to the Peppers. When I was signing papers with Joseph, he made the whole process hassle free. We almost ran into a hiccup about sales tax from different state, but Joseph was quick to create a solution that made sure things worked out before the closure.
