2024 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

I purchased my AT4X 2500 from these guys about a month back. I found the truck that I was looking for online that they had posted the day prior. I walked in and was greeted by Henri. I told him what I was there for and he immediately took me took the vehicle and out for a test drive. Henri seemed to know about every feature on the truck and explained everything thoroughly. I left there without a deal but later that afternoon I called Henri made him a reasonable offer that made sense for both of us and the truck was secured. I want to thank Henri and the rest of the team there for getting the truck ready for me and making it an easy experience.

It was absolutely an exceptional experience coming all the way from Idaho to purchase a vehicle at Elk Grove GMC. From the moment I made contact with Nabil (one of their most senior salesman), he made everything very, very easy. It could have been an intimidating venture, but Nibil was on top of everything, ensuring all our questions were answered and that the vehicle would be 100% ready upon our arrival. Nabil was even more than willing to come get us from our hotel after we'd flown in from Idaho the night before. We really felt we got the red carpet service the whole time. I particularly appreciated how responsive and thorough Nabil was to my texts It's not every day we'd travel as far as we did for a vehicle, but we're glad we did - nice job, everyone!
