Started off at Kia in lake Charles and was told they couldn’t help me. They never once looked at my trade in (I had locked it and kept the keys with me), showed me the most expensive car they had and then when I told them my budget, they told me they had nothing for me. I literally pulled out of their parking lot and called classic Kia Beaumont. Matthew answered, took down all my info and within 15-20 minutes called me back to let me know he had 3 cars for me to look at all in my price range. I literally drove and got there with 15 minutes until they closed and drove off the lot that day with my new car! He never once pressured me to buy a car with all that fancy stuff I didn’t want and he stayed in my price range! If you are in the search for a new car, go to Beaumont! Bought a 2023 Kia sorento last week from Tyler. He was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Took time to set up my KIA access on my phone, showed me different features, and set up my free oil change that was included! 10/10 satisfied with an awesome experience!
