I am not sure I could ever find the words to accurately describe our experience at Reineke Fostoria. They have become more like family to us, from the sales team to the body shop department to their whole team that we have been so fortunate to get to know. We purchased a vehicle almost 9 months ago & before we could even change out our 30 day tags the vehicle had been in an accident. Bill went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of week after week while we waited on the parts & repairs to be done. The work they did on our vehicle was impeccable. We unfortunately were stuck waiting on parts from GM at no fault of theirs and we ultimately decided to trade in our Tahoe for an Expedition. They searched and searched for the exact vehicle we were looking for, never complained as I drove many different cars from their many locations. They would pick them up and take them back until they found the perfect vehicle. I never thought I’d switch from a Tahoe to an expedition but the features and technology outmatch GM in many aspects. But what sold us the most was knowing this amazing team would be there if we ever needed anything at all. Bill, Levi, Josh & the rest of the Reineke family were the reason we fell in love with Ford. If you’re looking for a team of people you can trust and count on these are the people that will go out of their way to take care of their customers. Thank you all for everything!! I bought a 2008 Honda Civic from Jen McCumber and also dealt with Levi who handled the financial issues. This was a remote purchase; I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I looked around locally and couldn't find what I wanted so I went online and found something suitable at Reineke in Fostoria. I've never bought a car remotely and was a bit nervous about trusting someone I couldn't see in person, but talking with Jen and Levi, I had the distinct impression that they were honest people, sincerely eager to make customers happy. It turned out that I was right about that. They couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. They didn't waste a minute, but got right on the job and handled everything as speedily as possible, keeping me informed at every step. It was exactly one week from the time I contacted them until I took delivery of the car--and would have been sooner, but for a long weekend that delayed a wire transfer. Jen and one of the dealership's drivers brought it to my house for a fee of $235, which I think is very reasonable. (The distance is about 80 miles.) I was really pleased that I got to meet Jen in person. I've only had the car for a couple of days now, but so far I can say it's in excellent condition, looks like new, and runs great. From all the dealings I've had or heard of from friends, I'd say my experience with Reineke is the best there is. They walk on water!
