Had a wonderful experience at Basswood in Ft. Payne yesterday. Matt Lipscomb, was a wonderful salesman and made buying a car most enjoyable. We got a Rogue, and love it . Matt also had an assistant helping him Ms. Karson Tripp, who also made our experience awesome. They both have a wonderful attitude and treat older people with respect!
