Shane was our salesperson and he was great to work with. This was our second experience with him and in fact we asked for him specifically this time. He took me all over the dealership and let me test drive a variety of cars. Everyone at the dealership was great. Tim in the Mercedes dealership was gracious and helped us in our shopping experience too. Ultimately we went with the Cadillac XT4.
