Ciocca Subaru is the best dealership I've dealt with in years. I was in an accident with my 2021 Subaru Impreza and the vehicle was totaled. For beginners, the safety ratings on Subarus are all that they claim to be. I was in a serious crash and walked away injury-free. This was my second time purchasing a Subaru from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown. I have used Ron (salesman) both times. He is helpful, honest, and kind and always makes a frustrating process simple and enjoyable. Luke, the finance manager, was amazing, informative, kind, and made sure that I was well taken care of. On top of that, the service department is priced fairly and works quickly, making that a more enjoyable experience every time.
