We had the best new car purchase experience at Sapaugh. I usually dread new car shopping. I always feel like you are being pushed into making a quick decision by pushy salesmen. This has been my experience at other dealerships. We arrived without an appointment on a Friday evening just hoping to look at and test drive an XT6. I really liked the Acura MDX and was ready to buy but wanted to see the Cadillac before I made my decision. I am so glad I waited and went to Sapaugh! We were lucky enough to be greeted by Larry himself in the lobby. He was so cordial and welcoming. Genuinely appreciative we were there. You don't find this everywhere! Jim Haar was our salesman who rolled out the red carpet for us. No pushy pressure, just straight forward business. He was down to earth and honest. I was torn between two of the XT6 vehicles and Jim pulled both cars together side by side to help my decision. It was how the decision process should be. I ended up going with the XT6 Sport over the premium luxury option for a more sporty look and am so happy. I love this car and am not sad I didn't go with the Acura. I was going to have to pay extra for certain options on the Acura that come standard on the XT6. Even my teenagers are obsessed with this car. This is not your grandma's Cadillac! Steven was our sales manager and was just as down to earth and welcoming as everyone else. He took the time with us and gave us exactly what we hoping to get for our trade in. It was a fair and easy deal. Smooth and no stress. Greg was our finance manager, who again, was never pushy with warranty sales. Straight forward and took the time to explain the details. We still went the warranty that included Xylon, wheel protection and windshield warranty. I love my new Cadillac XT6 Sport and will tell anyone to not bother with the competition in south county. Go straight to Sapaugh!

I wanted a new car and for it to be a Cadillac there’s a Cadillac dealership close to my house in Saint Charles County but the reviews wasn’t good enough for me online and word-of-mouth so we chose to go to Sapaugh dealership they have good reviews and They had the SUV that I wanted even though it was around an hour away, but it was well worth it everybody there is very nice, our salesman name was Bart Anderson he is really really nice He went above and beyond to make sure that we got a good deal and to make sure that we got all the discounts that is possible to get. He went over all the features on the car and there’s a lot of them because we got the premium luxury package on a Cadillac XT5 A Beautiful small SUV. I love it. We met the managers, Tom and Joe really really nice guys They came over and introduced themselves and told us if we need anything Just let them know. Now I have bought plenty of cars throughout my lifetime and not one dealership has ever given me anything until now, Joe gave me and my husband a Cadillac cup, and Bart gave me and my husband a Cadillac hat that to me was HUGE HUGE!!!!!!! because they didn’t have to do that but that just showed us how they appreciate our business and that’s how good they treat their customers at Sapaugh and we love it my cup is in my cupholder in my Beautiful new Cadillac SUV and I already wore my hat. I highly recommend everyone to come to this dealership and they also have Chevys GMC‘s and Buick ‘s there so you will find what you’re looking for because they have it all. You will have nothing but a very good experience there. If you want the best deals go there if you want great people and people to treat you with respect go there. It is worth the drive. I had to do an update on my review because yesterday January 11 I received a package from Sapaugh and it was a gift box from them showing me that they appreciate my business in this gift box there was a Cadillac cup and some fresh baked cookies and they are REALLY GOOD. I really appreciate them, showing me how much they appreciate my business that means a lot to me???? I have been telling everyone about Sapaugh dealership and, so if you’re looking to buy or lease a car I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership because they will treat you like family.
