I went in to Toyota Findlay in flagstaff not thinking I was going to buy a truck but had been thinking of trading in the vehicle I had. I was greeted by a gentlemen named Oran who wasn’t pushy at all. He let me browse and checked in periodically. When I found what I was looking for he was as very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process enjoyable. I decided to pull the trigger and trade in my vehicle. Findlay did such a great job with working with to me give me a more than fair offer for my trade and gave me a great price for the vehicle I wanted. Oran was available anytime I had questions through the whole process even after the deal was done. All in all it was a great experience my wife and I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and will encourage others too!
As customers, my wife and I were not only treated with the utmost respect, but were helped through our purchase by some of the most down-to-earth, respectful and helpful individuals I've ever encountered at any dealership, period. Patrick, our salesman, was anything but, meaning that he didn't act like a salesman. He was a grounded, extremely honest and incredibly friendly individual who also went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, and doesn't play games. We even ended up having many just friendly, entertaining conversations in-between waiting for certain things to be done. Donna, their finance manager, was also an incredibly friendly and helpful, with whom it was also a pleasure to speak and deal with. No one attempted to force anything on us, and they genuinely went out of their way to fit our every need and our plans. I'm a certified, highly trained mechanic, and have owned other new cars, so I've a great deal of experience in working with people in the industry, and they were more like friends than dealing with "suits", if you get me. They worked with our every need and went out of their way to give us the best deal they possibly good, making our experience absolutely amazing and enjoyable. Especially always a great thing when buying a new car, which is a stressful thing for most people. Show them respect and, when you do, you'll get more in return in regards to friendliness and service than you'd ever expect from almost anyone these days, never mind from a car dealership. As someone who, especially, grew up on the East Coast, I don't mess around and read people exceedingly well, and I can tell you that, at least these two individuals we worked with directly, were genuine, honest and genuinely helpful, and the dealership in general also worked with them to work with us and genuinely help us out.
