I have to say, I was very impressed by Nick and his customer service. I have been trying to rebuild my credit and he made the process easy. I walked away with a beautiful 2020 Jeep Compass for a great deal. The entire staff congratulated me on my new purchase. They treated me like a person and not just money walking in the door. I was shopping around for a new/used car in 2023 I haven't bought a new car since 2008..I was ready! The level of professionalism there was very impressive. I purchased a Jeep and I love it!! I want to add the receptionist Susan was so helpful, like my own child! I'm a senior citizen and I think the Jeep was perfect! Now I get to use Ken Ganley CDJR in Bedford Service Dept. Ive had oil changes and pricing is great! Looking forward to working with them for my next service! The Service Dept is amazing...so professional!!
