2024 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

This is by far the best dealership we have ever bought a car from. Our salesman Mike Crusoe was amazing. He walked us through the entire process and gave us 5 star service. He was excellent when it came to calling us back, answering our questions and keeping us informed. We are out of state buyer so we were purchasing a car site unseen. He took several pictures and videos and that made us feel comfortable about buying from the dealership. The finance department (Mr. Weisfeld) got us a better rate than our credit union. We were having problems with our transport company and Mike helped us secure a company that delivered to our front door in 2 days. George was awesome to deal with and was not pushy at all! We had gone to another dealer earlier in the week and the sales manager was super pushy and did not care at all about what I was looking for and just wanted me to buy something that day. I went to the Dealership to look at a vehicle of my interest; on arrival In the parking lot I ran into Tony who pointed me to parking and immediately assisted me in my venture. The vehicle I sought after was out on customer loaner. So Tony showed me another newer, used model; I test drove it and was impressed. Tony was very helpful pointing out the modern safety on the 2021 RX350. Lexus financing percentage offer was encouraging, so I ended up making the purchase. Month later I’m still happy with the car. Safety features like Lane trace assist, pre collision and many others I find Amazingly efficient and useful.
