I had to leave my car there after they closed because my tire went flat and I barely made it there. The next morning I called and they had already taken it inside and started to work on it. I was very relieved. They fixed it , called me and sent a driver to pick me up and take me back to Nissan. They explained everything and then I was able to go home. I really appreciate them taking the initiative to take care of things and get me back to the service area. The driver was great also. He had driven me around before and he was very polite and friendly as well. Good job all around.
I had a recall notice on my 22 Nissan Frontier. I called the Service Department at Dorsett Nissan to schedule the service required. I spoke with Jessica, who had an excellent demeanour and very knowledgeable. We scheduled a convenient service appointment. The work was done promptly, and professionally. Upon retrieval of my truck Jessica took the time to explain in detail the services rendered including free inspections and services. My truck was clean inside and out when I picked it up. This was my first and only experience thus far with Dorsett Nissan, but I am extremely pleased with my experience.
