Recently purchased a truck here and can't say enough good things about the service. I did find a few things that needed to be repaired after purchasing, and they've been nothing but helpful in reimbursing for repairs and scheduling additional service time. I've been very impressed with the customer service and buying experience, and would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a used vehicle in their area.
There's a reason they have the reviews they do. Just sold a vehicle to them and they offered such a fair price (in my favor) I didn't even negotiate. We did our research and knew the value of the vehicle and this was our 2nd quote. They also guided us on certain ways the DMV operates that's new to us since we are new to Vermont. This place is fantastic. It's a small, family-run dealership with a great selection of vehicles. They worked with me to try to find a vehicle that would meet my requirements and let me test drive to my heart's content. While I didn't find what I was looking for this time, I can't think of a more-positive experience I've had while shopping for a vehicle.
