Would buy from them again! Stanley made everything so easy and was responsive and kept in great contact with me. The business department did a fabulous job making signing easy and stress free. The entire process from start to finish took 2 hours and 32 minutes I think that’s the quickest I have ever bought a car! I was given a tour of where to drop off my car for service and where to drop my keys if it’s after hours. It truly is the little things that made the customer service premier! Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I live in Virginia and purchased without actually seeing my 2020 GENESIS G70 in person or test driving the vehicle. The pictures posted on their website were true to what I received on delivery. My salesperson, Corian Mills , was the BEST! Corian was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was happy from beginning to end. Kim,Alyssa and Cheri ,in finance and their titling dept., were on top of everything with dealing with the sales order, DMV and getting my car titled in Virginia.
