This Mercedes dealership is set apart by the amazing people that work there. since 2018 I’ve purchased 6 sprinter vans from them and Mike in Sprinter sales and Shannon in service are just amazing. I have had experiences at other Mercedes dealers but this dealership outshines them all. What sets them apart is the willingness to help and to take care of the customer. We as a family have created so many memories with our vans! So thank you Mike and Shannon.

Have been a customer at MB of Medford since 2017. Over the years we’ve owned 2 different GLS450’s that were either purchased or leased from the dealership. All of our vehicles have been serviced and maintained at the dealership. Shannon Meade in the service department is always prompt to answer when I reach out for service, and she goes out of her way to work around our schedules as we have to come from another city for service. Whether we have to get a courtesy car during service, or drop off while we’re out of town and be met upon our return at the airport, Shannon always makes our service appointments seamless, and easy. Highly satisfied, and recommend MB of Medford for both sales and service!

Mercedes of Medford provides a great customer experience. Shannon (Service Advisor) is very knowledgeable and friendly. Any and all concerns about the operation of my car were addressed comprehensively during this year’s A2 service. My car is a 2015, and while it’s certainly no longer new, I take great pride in keeping it in top condition. Shannon and all the staff at Mercedes of Medford recognize that their customers’ cars are more than just transportation. It appears all vehicles they take under their care are treated as a prize possession, and I appreciate that.
