Can't say enough about Damien and Lesie at Basswood!! They jumped through hoops to get me in the car I've been wanting! I love my Bronco Sport amd am so thankful I stumbled on to their business!! Awesome people! And I'm pretty hard to please! But they were FANTASTIC!!! They will get all of my business moving forward!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience!! Arrived on a Saturday morning and the car that I originally called about was waiting upfront for me! Had a wonderful experience at Basswood in Ft. Payne yesterday. Matt Lipscomb, was a wonderful salesman and made buying a car most enjoyable. We got a Rogue, and love it . Matt also had an assistant helping him Ms. Karson Tripp, who also made our experience awesome. They both have a wonderful attitude and treat older people with respect!
