Overall, my experience with Volkswagen has been positive. The purchasing process at Orisman Honda was smooth, and the staff were helpful. However, there have been issues with a high-pitched noise coming from the driver’s seat fan in my 2024 Atlas, which has been slightly disappointing. I appreciate the swift response from the service department to address this issue, and I am hopeful for a permanent resolution soon.

Ourisman Volkswagen Laurel, saved my car and my bank account. I contacted Volkswagen and a gentleman named Carlos answered all of my questions and comforted my concerns. He set up an appointment for me the very next week. After the inspection, Carlos itemized all repairs that I would need to get my car back to its former glory. Carlos worked with me to find deals and develop a payment plan that would fit my budget. He even gave me a loaner so I could continue with my daily tasks while Volkswagen repaired my car. After three days, I was able to pick up my vehicle, and it runs like it did when I first bought it! I recommend this location to anybody who needs maintenance to their Volkswagen.
