I just bought an hrv from Smart Honda. I just happened to get a young man named Evan as my salesperson. What a breath of fresh air, in these days where customer service is usually a bad experience. He actually had a smile on his face and very polite! He spent all day making sure I got what I wanted. He explained all the features in my new vehicle, was so patient, smiled the whole time, was not pushy at all. He really cares and seems to love his job. Best customer service I have had in a long time! If you are nervous about buying a new vehicle, go see Evan.

I recently purchased a Honda CR-V hybrid from this dealership. I considered three different Honda dealers in Eastern Iowa and Smart Honda made the best deal with me on price. My salesperson was Nathan Heald. Over the course of 3-4 days during which I was negotiating with the different Honda dealers, Nathan was always prompt in responding to my messages and honest and direct in his dealings with me. He did an excellent job during the delivery process as well when I drove to Davenport to complete the purchase and pick up the car. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the operation and features of the CR-V hybrid. After the sale, Nathan patiently answered my questions by phone and followed up later to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the service he provided.
