2024 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

The best new car purchase experience I have ever had. A salesman saw me when I pulled in and asked if he could help me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and help me find the exact vehicle I was interested in. He was genuinely interested in helping me get what I wanted and explained lots of information to help me make my decision. The finance Director was also one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. He was kind and answered all my questions and was able to help me through the process quite expediently.

Matt, my service advisor is extremely familiar with cars and has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process my vehicle was under his, and Tomball Dodge's care. He's extremely easy to get along with and has gone the extra mile. My technician, Julio, also is extremely professional and was willing to put aside some of his time to show and explain to me what was wrong with my engine and what was needed to repair it and maintain to a different level to prevent some carbon buildup that he brought to my attention when the heads were off of the engine. I took delivery of my car yesterday evening at 5pm (4/01/2024) as we agreed upon and my car was clean inside and out. A 9 year old car that looked like showroom quality! I am extremely pleased with the entire process through and through. Everyone involved , service advisors, John, the individual handling my extended warranty, the techs, make ready, cashiers, and front desk all worked flawlessly. I have thanked everyone individually, but would like to thank them again for a service experience well beyond my expectations. I have never experienced a level of customer service to this high of a level before, and for that, I am graciously thankful!

Rick, Keith and Morgan were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My car is brand new and very special to me. I can tell that it was was treated with great care. Morgan especially, was very detailed in his questions and service. I will recommend him to all my friends.
