Called over to John Hiester with an inquiry and very quickly got a call back from Max the Sales Manager. He asked me what my goal was then did some digging and found some really great options. At this point I now had the pleasure of working with Kahlil, he was fantastic. Communication was so easy with Kahlil. There were a couple of normal hiccups along the way but he made sure to keep me in the loop at all times and was honest while respecting my needs. Booked an appointment to see a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately my first pick was sold and I looked at my second option. Wasn't too thrilled with it and I asked about another, which ended up being sold as well. Trucks are hot to sell right now. Kahlil picked out one that was available and I browsed through and picked out a second one for him to pull him. I did not go in there fully expecting to go home with a new vehicle but sure enough did. Kahlil was patient and super helpful and I am extremely happy to get a truck I've been wanting that fits my needs and wishes.
