This was hands down the best service I had at a dealership. The vehicle was in the exact condition as described. I appreciated the full service on the car before purchasing. It really felt like a brand new car from the factory. I felt my trade in was very fair. I appreciated not getting a low ball price! Assistant sales manager Scott and GM Dell were very helpful setting everything up. If you plan to pay cash, be sure to have a daily limit increase on your wire transfer. Gary explained the coverage options in detail and made financing real smooth. Everybody I interacted with was knowledgeable and courteous, especially sales associate Ryan Torres. He went the extra mile to make sure the car was detailed and streamlined everything for the purchase. I drove over 5 hours for the car I was looking for and I would do it all over again here. Totally worth the drive for the quality service. I'd definitely buy another car from Four Star.
