I took my car in for service this past week and was greeted and assisted by hands down one of the most helpful and outstanding employees I’ve encountered in a long time, Serenity. When it comes to service, I can understand how insanely busy it can get and how sometimes you encounter the not most happiest or friendliest individual, but not Serenity. She is the epiphany of outstanding customer service, she was transparent about the services being done with my car and kept communication open at all times. Honestly, she will be a large reason I will continue to do business with Audi and want to say thank you for that. Her kindness and willing to go above and beyond was more than appreciated and I know I am not the only one who feels that way about her.
