2019 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4

I was looking to buy a truck for my son. I contacted Costco and they have a great relationship with this dealership. At first I wasn't too sure what to expect from them, we contracted them and I was transferred to Dan Pasenelli he was the person in charge of the Costco clients. So since my son wanted a specific type of truck we needed to wait for it because it was being built and in the way to the dealership ( nothing too special, just that he wanted a Tacoma truck with a 6 ft bed and a 6 cylinders). So after taking to Dan he got it for us, and we were given a second choice which he also got for us, Dan was super helpful, super nice and very knowledgeable. Every time we had a question he always had the right answers. After a month of waiting we got to meet Dan in person (by the way through out the whole month Dan was on top of things, updating us all the time), when the trucks arrived he called us and set the appointment for us to go see the them. He was even nicer in person, Dan took to the trucks, did the test drive and my son choose the one he wanted it. They made the processor easy and simple what's my son chose the truck you wanted, my son was very excited especially because Dan was able to show him the whole entire features on the truck and took his time to be able to teach him everything he needed to know about the truck. Everything worked out well the only little thing I say that cost a little snag watch when we went into financing, they give you so much information at one point that your head spins when you come out of there, it was okay the lady that help us was very nice he's just was way too much, all and all we love the experience at this Toyota dealership and I really highly recommend it to anybody that wants to take a look at it, make sure to ask for Dan he's the one that helped us very much. I want instance he actually did more than what he should have done for us and we really appreciate it a lot. There is handicap parking in the area easy access and out access to their parking lot and they have the service department behind them as well as a very nice receptionist at the front helping you find the person you're looking for. Take your time to check out this awesome dealership!

Went in today for my regular maintenance and oil change for my 2020 Prius. The staff is wonderful. I was told it would take approx 2 hours, and that's exactly what it took. While waiting, you get to enjoy Starbucks coffee, popcorn? And homemade cookies that were actually warm. Really nice experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fernando helped me out so much with getting me into my new car. He had amazing response time and was super nice and flexible during the whole experience. Tony helped me with the financial portion and I wouldn’t want anyone else! He explained every detail and tore down all scary stereotypes about dealerships.
