After dealing with other “local” dealers, it was refreshing to deal with a team of true professionals (not the clowns at Y*ungs!). This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. From the time I called Mike in service he was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. You walk into the dealership it’s beautifully clean and organized with classic cars on the show room floor and you’re greeted and helped immediately. I’ve been loyal for years to another local dealer but have been dissatisfied the last few times in service so I decided to try John Watson and I’m glad I did. I got my truck back the same day where as if I took it to the other dealer they wouldn’t even look at it until the next day most likely. Great experience at a great dealership.I’ll be back for service for sure and highly likely my next truck will come from here as well.
