If I would have taken this survey last week, it would have been a one star. I felt like I was being over charged. When I went in to pay for the service the service agent asked if I could come back in the next day to speak with the service manager. In speaking with the manager, he agreed that I was being over charged. He refunded the agreed amount. The service agent, MD, was extremely professional and had a great attitude. The manager was also very positive and professional.
