Bruce was more than helpful and helped take care of the corrosion warranty issue and we are more than appreciative for the service we received he truly went over and beyond for someone we have never known personally meeting for the first time. He even pointed out other concerns and was happy to take the work on at a reasonable price with excellent customer service. And for issues that parts were not readily available, was happy to share contacts for shops that could address the after market add ons. We were Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha excited to gain more knowledge about the vehicle we purchased 3 months ago as Bruce shared advice on future maintenance and what to consider for using this vehicle for recreational purposes that we are just learning about. We have never received this level of experience and shared passion at any other dealership and will continue to use Albany Chrysler for our #1 place for service going forward. JO

The oil change was quick. Good experience. I sat in their waiting, the TV was handy plus I talked to a pleasant employee. Good start to the day.
