Dealership with compassion. Traveling from NJ to Oregon we broke down 25 miles outside Moline Ilinoisl. We had the truck towed to Key Chrysler Dodge after hours. I called early the next morning only to find out they were booked solid the next 3 days but they would see what they could do. Before we had a chance to go there in person to plead our case, Randy the executive director of the dealership called to tell us that our truck and getting us back on the road would be their #1 priority. All updates from that point on came personally from Randy. Even down a few mechanics he put 2 on the truck and had it done that night. He even loaned us a floor jack to help get the cargo trailer hitched back onto the truck. We will probably never have a chance to take another vehicle there but if you're ever in the Davenport/Moline area please give Key Chrysler Dodge your business.
