If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! First, my younger brother bought a Crosstrek in January... His experience was also great... I drove his car to test it out and feel it and then I was sold and knew I had to go get one ASAP. Found the right one for me, looked for Adam (greatest guy btw) and we reserved the vehicle I wanted! The vehicle got to the dealer earlier than expected (It was a nice surprise). Went back, signed all the paperwork and signed my deal... and BOOM! It all felt so quick! Adam was beyond helpful! We will definitely be coming back (soon perhaps, if our family decides to trade one of our vehicles). Shoutout to Adam for helping me get my dream car (2024 Crossttrek Wilderness). Here's our two cars together!
We have been coming here off and on. Honestly depends on the difference in price with Big o tires but often it’s the same and the service is amazing! Joseph, and Fabian have helped us the most and their service is impeccable! They deserve some sort of recognition for sure! Joe is always there to help out and is super friendly and amazing to talk to! He is always checking on the status of my car to get me on the way as soon as possible. Fabian was amazing and patient when I kept asking questions and loved that he was willing to check on things for us and is super honest! I’m sure the other staff is amazing as well! I just have not had a ton of experience with them! But overall my service experience has been great! The Mechanics know what they are doing and best thing is honesty!
Everyone at Hansel are above and beyond! Adam, a sales specialist is really fantastic! He made the whole process very easy! He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Gary, the specialist to go over all the bells and whistles, was also great! The finance manager who took me through the finance process was very knowledgeable and friendly.
