2020 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4

I was NOT looking forward to car shopping, especially during the holiday season, but things happen, and I needed a car that would retain its value. My experience driving the Crosstrek was everything I wanted it to be: a high-quality car, safe yet fun ride, and for a price I can afford. I had been to a few other dealerships during my search. I found a few other cars that fit my needs and price—but none with the same quality, fit, and joy. I also didn’t have as good of a time interfacing with the people at those dealerships. Mark and Hodges took care of me. They were more than patient with me when I shot down all the accessories and upgrades of various models and didn’t push me when I stuck with the model and budget I wanted. I really appreciated the personal touches when I dropped into the office, the friendly atmosphere, and how Mark took his time. I appreciated his communication throughout the process. I am SO excited about my car and all the drives I get to take in it. There is still a lot of Michigan I have yet to see. I would recommend Subaru, but particularly one with a Hodges model to friends and family.

My sales guy Brian was very good and easy to work with and we got to the end of the deal quite quickly. I like buying my cars at Hodges because they're a family business and they seem very interested in making sure that you're happy. I had an issue with the hitch that they put on my Outback and they were able to resolve it the following week.
