I have been taking my car to Ken Wilson for service for years, but just bought my first car from them today. I want to thank Terry Hawkins for taking the time to help me today. He was patient, kind, and I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me what I was looking for. I also had two of my young children with me and he was very kind to them and made them feel welcome. Neither kid complained even though we were there for four hours, which says a lot. He stayed late and didn't leave until I had everything squared away and was driving off the lot. I contacted Ken Wilson Ford in regards to a 2020 RAM 2500 that they had in stock. I spoke with Tim and explained to him my situation and how this truck fit what I was looking for. Tim took the time to send me all the additional details I needed on the truck. Which made for an easy in person buying experience. Tim had the truck detailed and sitting right out front when I arrived we went for a quick test drive and completed all the necessary documents in a timely manner. There were a few issues with the truck after purchase that I notified Tim of and he assisted in getting the issues corrected. All in all I'm happy I made the 8 hour round-trip drive to purchase this truck and impressed with the level of customer service I received from start to finish.
