We just purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango R/T premium from this dealership. I cannot recommend them any higher. If I could add more than 5 stars I would. I live in Kathleen and I wish the dealers close to me would take lessons from Jimmy Britt on true customer service. We dealt with several folks here and they all treated us with respect, courtesy and proved that our satisfaction was the ultimate goal. We felt very valued as customers. Jordan and Kenny were both exceptional and made the buying process so easy, from the appointment online to the test drive and all the way through driving off the lot in our new ride. I appreciate that both Jordan and Kenny and several others along the way, kept in touch with us, sent us videos, responded promptly when we engaged them and were the ultimate example of professional customer service representatives.
