By far the easiest car leasing experience at an actual dealer to date. For last 10years or so I’ve been mostly leasing cars through small leasing shops out in Brooklyn purely to avoid dealer experience. Was recently introduced to Salerno Duane team (Mike/Cesar) , 2 quick phone calls , few email exchanges with information and 20min visit to pick up new truck all it took. (Over 2 days period) . A few days before a long road trip, of course, every warning light turned on in my Jeep. After calling around to multiple dealerships seeing if anyone could see me last minute, I got in touch with Bill from Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, he was able to fit me in 20min after hanging up the phone! He was super transparent with what needed to be done and able to get things fixed and get me back on the road safely & on schedule so I wouldn't have to miss any part of my trip! Bill and the rest of the employees in the service department went above and beyond making sure everything was fixed and my car is safe for a long drive.
