I filled out my application with very little hope in being approved. Not only did Lisa walk me through the process but answered all my questions regardless of how silly they may have been. My husband and I very suddenly lost our vehicle and had to replace it in an extremely short timeline. We initially picked Merchants because they don't work on commission and therefore don't upsell you to death and try to push vehicles and options on you that you don't want or need. A pretty terrible and stressful situation turned into an easy and pleasant solution because of the excellent service and help we received in finding what we needed. Armando Vargas was beyond helpful and even tried to work as quickly as he could to get us in our new vehicle. With a limited budget, we were still able to find a truly wonderful vehicle for a really great deal. I couldn't recommend Armando or Merchant's more!
