Joey and the whole team Poage are outstanding. Joey went above and beyond with helping me buy a car. As an individual with the disability, I have to have equipment to drive. I brought that with me. He installed it on multiple cars. I wanted to test drive. He didn’t have to do that. That tells me a lot about his character as a person, not just a salesman. Everyone at Poage was Great it didn’t even seem like I was buying a car. Just felt like I was hanging out for a little bit and walked away with a car. The whole team at Poage was awesome. My car was nearly totaled after hitting a deer. The body shop guys including Paul were amazing! My car insurance tried to convince me to use their shop , Schaefer , however Poage always takes care of me and have confidence in using my own dealer. I am happy with the repair results . Also very impressed with the communication , friendly staff, and accommodating me with a loaner car after my rent a car benefit expired . Excellent Service from start to finish. Stew in service always know what need to be completed and gets the job done. Clean area through out the Building and very friendly personnel. Definitely a 5 start Company!
