Everyone was extremely courteous and worked very efficiently. Not only did they change my cars oil, they also fixed a recall I didn't know I had. Whole process still only took maybe 30 minutes. They let me know of the optional add-ons they could perform while taking care of my oil change, but it wasn't by any means a high pressure situation.
