From start to finish, Scott Hamlett made our purchase of the 2018 GMC Acadia smooth, easy, and stress-free. His diligence and professionalism stood out from the very beginning, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us—not just making a sale. Scott followed up after the purchase to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and to answer any questions we had. Even weeks later, he continues to respond and support us. In fact, he came in on his day off just to seal the deal and make sure everything was handled perfectly. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and call this dealership—and ask for Scott! He’ll take care of you every time with honesty, care, and top-notch service.

The experience was great! Cam Johnson was very nice with working with us to see the car and get everything squared away for buying it. He also offered us snacks and drinks when we waited for paperwork to be completed. It was a great experience. My kid would like to give him a trillion out of 10 for his patient and caring attitude.

The final paperwork at the end of the sale was easy, which my wife and I appreciated. What is often one of longest processes went very smoothly here. Our complaint on the sales side is that we felt subjected to some of the stereotypical pushy tactics that are characteristic of the industry. This included a lot of waiting to get an initial price quote. Knowing I was interested in test driving other brands unfortunately they seemed to keep us waiting to wear us down. I don't know if this is a fact, but it felt unnecessarily long. The trade offer negotiation was smooth, which helped our overall experience, and is a reason we did not walk. Overall, the experience was better than others I have had, but could use some improvement in terms of communication, follow-through, and respecting the customer's time in the initial part of the process as well as after the sale. Simple questions went unanswered in some post sale follow-up. I understand everybody is busy, but please read the entire e-mail or text from a customer and reply to every question with a yes or no. I can't stand non-answers.
