2024 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4

Brought my car in on Monday 4/8 to be looked at as I had lug locks on my car that made it impossible for me to change my flat tire as I purchased the car used from a different dealer. They were absolutely amazing! They worked with me on getting the lugs off, replaced them with normal lugs, and patched my flat tire. Matt and another associate took absolutely great care of me! Awesome service team ???????? I'd definitely refer and will be back!

After getting the run around threw two other dealerships for 3 days I called Northgate and they got me approved over the phone in minute's. I cleaned my trade in vehicle out and went to Northgate and was in a new truck in a hour and headed home. my sales rep and finance manager were awesome. They didn't try to haggle me or sell me anything that I didn't ask for. Would recommend to Anyone.

We knew what we wanted before we arrived. Shane took us for a test drive and was super helpful. The whole process took about an hour longer than expected, which isn’t much different from any other dealership. Dustin in Finance slowed everything down for us and made the process really simple. We got the car we wanted for my daughter at a good price. They found a bow for us to take photos. She has her temps, no license, so they even drove it home for us and parked it in the driveway! We are about three weeks in and very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.
