I began my search a month in half before 4/15. Did a Internet inquiry 4/9, 4/10 Michelle called and collected information and we ended the call saying "Talk you later with the approval". Well she called back with it and the terms just kept getting better. My mother and I flew in Monday, Michelle got us from the airport and made sure my needs were met!
