Exceptional Service! This is not just a review, but a sincere Thank you to the Service team at DeYarman. We were almost stranded in Iowa, heading home to Ohio from Utah with a Coolant hose leak. Kelsey and her team, made an effort to squeeze us in to their busy work load and explore every option for the right part. Going from possibilities of staying overnight, to the parts being sent within a week, they went down every rabbit hole to avoid us staying and getting us home. Thanks to them, we were able to get back on the road within a few hours and finish our 10hour journey home. Thank you so much!

My experience began with my first contact with Kelsie Ziebell, the service advisor. The water pump on my Ram 3500 developed a serious leak. I was on the way to a campground in nearby Pella for a couple day layover on my way to the Indycar race in Newton. Kelsie said that she was fairly certain that they could work me in and get the truck fixed, based on parts availability. After dropping my camper at the campground and returned to the dealer. Kelsie said that she had located two water pumps, so it was just a matter of getting one to their store. She said that she would keep me updated, which she did with several calls over the next two days. I was never left wondering what was going on. Kelsie and her team turned what could have been a disaster for my trip into a minor hiccup. Thank you very much to Kelsie and the team at DeYarman.
