2024 Jeep Compass

I can’t recommend/ thank the people here enough. I’ve been having transmission issues for about a year and the other dealership I was going to kept saying there wasn’t an issue or would just do a “software update”. Dick’s confirmed in less than a day that I did have a transmission issue and then worked with MOPAR to get it covered by warranty. The entire process was wonderful. From making an appointment to pick up every single employee I spoke with on the phone or in the building was extremely friendly. I know where I will be going from now on and would suggest anyone else to do the same. Also, the lobby is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. It’s like you’re stepping in the lobby of a 5 star hotel. I might come back just to read a book in the lobby sometime :)

The dealership experience was amazing. Sam Mensor was absolutely incredible to work with on the lease of my new 2024 RAM 1500 Night Edition. He got me into a vehicle that I wanted, that had more options than I expected at a really nice lease. He definitely made my experience enjoyable. I will be telling my family and friends about Sam and to go see him when they are ready to get a new vehicle to lease or purchase. I also loved how my new RAM was waiting for me in the customer delivery garage and not outside. Awesome way to make the customer feel like they’re FIRST CLASS! I will be coming back again to lease or purchase for sure.
