The car I had originally wanted was unfortunately sold. But Scotty really listened to me when I was explaining why I was trading in my previous car and got me in the Venue!!! It’s perfect for what I needed with a growing kiddo (back seat room). They worked with me and the budget I told them I had. The customer service was excellent, and the sales experience was very relaxed and not pushy at all!! I bought my previous car at this dealership and will continue to go back. No high pressure sales. Knowledgeable and willing to work the difficult sale. Mark was a good go-between with management not overly excited with my proposals ànd counters. All in all, got my vehicle.
