This portion of my review is for Ms. Amy. The last two times I’ve had my car serviced at Supreme Toyota, Ms. Amy has been there. When I see her she is always smiling and helping folks. I tell her she is always running around but she does it with a smile. She usually takes me home and picks me up while my car is being service. She provides great customer service, is patient, and is a very safe driver. I appreciate Ms. Amy for the kindness she has shown me. I believe she is a true gem and joy to be around. Supreme Toyota is lucky to have her. My service advisor was pleasant. I usually have Mando (that’s probably misspelled) and he is usually pleasant and efficient.
Every time I bring my car in for service, Amy greets me at my door with the biggest smile, and most cheerful personality! This always makes me feel welcome bringing my car in!
