i just recently purchased a vehicle from Hilltop which was an awesome experience. i live in Florida so my purchase needed a little bit more hand holding. Cesar at Hilltop was on point walking me through the process, keeping me updated and even sending me pictures. Definitely world class service. I believe when you make vehicle purchase, there needs to be a relationship between the salesman and the buyer. I recently got service on my van here and had a pleasant experience. My service advisor was Gus and he was friendly, he told me that they had the part I needed in stock. He mentioned that would only take a few hours to fix, whereas at another dealer I had to wait until the next day for a minor issue. I was able to get an appointment quickly compared to the other dealership (one of the main reasons I chose this dealership). They gave me a ride to BART and offered to pick me up at BART when I returned. Gus just gave me a follow up call to check if everything was okay. Overall I had a seamless and positive experience and was impressed with their level of service.
