You can trust them to take care of you and your vehicle! I Was parking my trailer at the Gulpha Gorge Campground when my Chevy Silverado 2500 HD started flashing multiple warnings from the dashboard. Called the service department at Tillery Chevrolet. They recommended a tow, sent the tow truck quickly, and called me when it arrived at the dealer. In less than 24 hours they had taken care of everything and sent a driver (who was wonderful!) to pick me up and reunite me with my truck. Coming from out of town, I was worried about being taken advantage of. But everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Micah who explained exactly what was going on and provided lots of reassurance. I am so grateful for his patience and helpfulness.
I was having a recall fixed by the service department of Allen Tillery Chevrolet. Carson was the gentleman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and what he didn't know he found answers for me. He was exceptionally kind and sought to ensure my business with Allen Tillery Chevrolet was the best possible experience. The job was finished ahead of time. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. It has several amenities including coffee, vending machines, restroom (immaculately clean), and choice of several comfortable seating areas.
