Spoke with Drew over the phone went in to look at a 24 Tundra. Drew was super nice and helpful. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and we made a deal. MUST READ BEFORE going to CRONAN…..they are AMAZING. I was on my way to a pet expo in Columbus, broke down on the freeway with an over heating issue. No local repair shop would give me the time of day. I called ten of them in the area and they basically laughed and said they were weeks out. Not only did they get me in that day, Nathan the service adviser made sure I was take. Care of ever step of the way. From drop off to pick up the service was top notch. Dealerships have bad raps for a reason, I used to work at one of them. Cronin is a breath of fresh air doing a great job for a fair price. I was able to get to the expo and made it home 7 hours back to Milwaukee with no problems. Thanks to Nathan and service tech Jeremy for making sure all the dogs at the expo were happy.
