Experience was pleasant and efficient. Stopped by on way to airport to see a vehicle that was advertised. We had called ahead to let the dealer know we were short on time. The salesman, Anthony, had the car waiting and ready for a test drive. After a little back and forth we agreed on the transaction. They papered it all up and emailed me the docs to sign while I was away on travel for a few days. Upon my return we picked up the car detailed and ready to go. Good overall experience. I would certainly consider Rythm Dodge/Ram for future purchases.
I had a wonderful experience working with Ritchie (sales) and Nicole (Finance Mgr) throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. I live in GA so I had concerns about the distance with this dealership being just outside of Nashville but I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the transaction was.
