We were on vacation with our brand new Dodge Ram 2500 truck pulling our new trailer. Going up a hill we lost all power to the drivetrain. Limped into Tracey Chrysler Dodge Jeef Ram as it was the closest dealer for Dodge Ram. It was a Friday morning and was told they were fully booked and they would not look at the truck until the following week. I told them that I had a refrigerator full of food in the trailer that would not last until the following week and that I would need to camp in the lot over the weekend. The technician went back several times to talk with tje manager and came back with the same answer, next week. When I asked to talk with the manager to explain this was an emegency the technician finally came back and said they would analyse the truck. It turned out the truck needed a software update. They did the update which solved the problem. So the work was done well, but most likey would not have been done until the following week had I not pushed so hard. I was thankful for the work they did
Lance and the crew at Tracy Chrysler Dodge helped me get into my dream car! The staff was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in the front door. I was texting with Lance from early morning to the time I arrived at the dealership. They worked with me to create a deal that was just right for me! Which I appreciate. They did not hound or pressure me in any facet of the deal. They were knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Luck enough to say I was able to drive off the lot in a 2021 Corvette C8 with all the bells and whistles at a price I felt was just. They also gave me a fair trade in value on a 17 TRD Pro Taco. Although I will miss the Taco I’m happy in my new ride. Thank you again to Lance and the crew. They even gave me free water and pizza, just a side note, but that meant a lot to me.
The service is great. They’re all on top of getting things looked at and done. It’s just that I got a bad one so I keep having to bring it back. This is like the fourth time.
