This was my first time in the service department, and it was fantastic. The service rep explained everything and walked me around, and showed me where I needed to be. I got a video text message while in the waiting room, and the mechanic took a video of the work he had performed. Shortly after, the service rep came and took me to see the dangerous RED head that checked me out and got me on my way. I was treated like royalty, and the work was speedy. Great job and experience.
Cochran Chevrolet is the epitome of efficiency. I walked in, met Caleb and told him what I needed. I went home to sleep on the initial deal. He and his manager Matt worked up a better deal for me over the next 24 hours and it was fair. I drove back up the next day, spent literally 35 minutes in the building before driving home my 24’ 6.6L Duramax Silverado Z71. I will be buying there as long as they’re still with the dealership.
